This grounding body oil has organic sesame oil as its base. Sesame oil contains vitamin E, which can help protect skin cells from damage caused by environmental factors such as UV rays, pollution and toxins. Sesame oil contains fatty and linoleic acids that make it a perfect moisturiser for the skin and very effective against scars and inflammation.
The grounding notes of sandalwood, myrrh and cedarwood help to calm you down and balance your emotions.

HOW TO USE
Important: Do NOT do self oil massage during pregnancy, when you have your period, or when you are sick.
Self-massaging with herbal warm oil is highly detoxifying and it supports both the skin and the deeper tissues of the body - even the brain, bones and reproductive tissue. In addition to calming and nourishing the skin, it penetrates and cleanses the sweat glands, soothes the nervous system, hydrates and rejuvenates the tissues, and promotes healthy circulation and removal of waste materials.
Oil massage can be performed daily in the morning prior to showering, or in the evening before going to bed.
- Warm the bottle in hot water until the oil is warm, about 40 degrees so that it feels comfortable on your skin.
- Apply some oil onto your hands, and gently massage your entire body with the oil using slow, gentle movements. Use long strokes towards your heart on longer parts of your limbs, and circular movements around your knees, joints, shoulders.
- Start from your feet, then legs. Massage the abdomen and chest in a wide, clockwise circular motion. Don't forget to massage the breasts, and underarms activating your lymph nodes.
- Massage the arms, hands, fingers and shoulders like you did your legs.
- Massage the neck with long strokers towards your heart.
- Finally massage forehead and jaw.
- Let the oil soak into your body at least 15 minutes, maximum 45 minutes. Remove excess oil with kitchen paper, and shower.

Sesamum Indicum Oil, also known as Sesame Oil or Til ka tel, is used in health treatments and massages for the body. It is a great remedy for migraine and insomnia, and also relieves anxiety. This oil is also believed to cure health problems associated with aggravation of Vata. The oil also removes wrinkles and is a natural moisturiser. It also prevents premature greying, loss of hair and lice, and helps in hair growth.
SANDALWOOD
A powerful skin antiseptic with anti-microbial properties, its useful in clearing blackheads and spots, helps moisturize dry skin and relieves itching and inflammation.
MYRRH
Primitively works as a powerful antioxidant & also works as an antiseptic for it has various healing properties. It works at giving healthy and age-defying skin that’s soft and without cracks of any kind.
